Vice President (Executive Board)
The Vice President of the Board, in the absence of the president of the board, shall preside at all meetings of the members and of the board of directors. The vice president shall have such other powers and duties as may from time-to-time be prescribed by the board of directors. The vice president will represent CW3 as the delegate at the MSYSA.
